1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 3-4 business days.
- Express Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 2-4 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery within 10-20 business days (varies by destination). Custom fees or import duties may apply.
Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we will do our best to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 flat rate for all domestic orders.
- Free Shipping: On all orders over ₹1000 (domestic only).
- Express Shipping: ₹150 for all orders.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight of the package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier's website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship across India and select international locations. If your location is not available during checkout, please reach out to our customer service team to see if shipping can be arranged.
6. Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or customs clearance for international orders. If your order is delayed, we will notify you immediately.
